Criteria and requirements:

· If your film contains spoken language, it must have English subtitles

· You can only apply via ourweb page, to  upload the movie and complete application form – incomplete applications cannot be accepted

· The final date for application is 19 May 2013

· Each author can submit maximum three films

· There aren't any restrictions about length, genre or subject of the film

· It is in your responsibility to secure clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials included within the submitted film. The festival organizers will not take the responsibility for the unauthorized inclusion of any copyrighted materials within or relating to the submitted films

· With submitting your film you accept the rules & requirements

· Supported video formats are: avi, mov, mp4, mpg, flv, wmv!

· Maximum file size for movie uploading 1GB
